Then, at the theoretical level, we analyze the meaning of implementing ISO9000 quality management system into government services quality; in the practical framework, we study on AA County Quality Supervision Bureau, analyze the basic status and propose the establishment procedure of the ISO9000 management system. Finally, the AA County Bureau of Quality Supervision research on the process of implementing ISO9000 quality management system, analyze the ISO9000 certification process in the Legal Department, Inspection Department, Special Monitoring and Integrated Branch, and summarize the main results of implementing ISO9000. According to the internal data analysis and sorting, we do a sample survey on food and special equipment safety, quality inspection work, administrative law enforcement work, technical advisory services, etc. to measure the effectiveness of the implementation of ISO9000 quality management system.
