6、切实保证系统平安与稳定。医院信息化系统的建设必须切实保证和落实系统的各项平安保护措施，确保系统运行中的平安与稳定。
〔三〕建设目标
扩充完善管理信息系统His功能，完善社区医生综合工作平台,为今后临床信息系统、数字化医院的建设打造好先进的计算机网络平台。职工计算机应用能力要得到较大程度的普及和提高。
四、医院信息化建设具体任务
1、完善社区医生工作站功能,集成传染病报卡、慢病报卡传报功能，集成DR、B超图像医生工作站直接调阅功能。
2、安装满意度评价系统。监督医疗质量，提高效劳意识。
