我真正开始减肥，是从2006年3月到这个论坛看到一篇帖子开始，一个叫目标100的姐姐，从212斤减到120斤，整整花了一年的时间。这个帖子对我产生了强烈的震撼，我之前觉得减肥是我一辈子都完不成的梦想，我可能一辈子都是个胖子了。可是目标100姐姐的坚毅让我感动了，也让我开始重拾减肥的梦想。我开始每天跑步，天气不好的时候就爬楼梯，每天都坚持运动一个小时，开始节食，写减肥日记。
