4、基层党组织工作模式不适应时代的发展
对学生入党严格把关是无可厚非的，但只以一个框框硬套，很显然不再适应当前发展大学生党员的需要。有些党支部的工作脱离了学生党员的思想和工作实际，形式和方法单调呆板，缺乏针对性和实效性。有些党支部组织生活形式缺乏创新，令学生党员感到枯燥乏味。绝大多数党支部未能真正利用丰富且受学生欢迎的网络资源去开展党建工作。
二、对策分析
1、加强党务工作者队伍建设，提高党建工作水平
一是应该选择政治素质高且热心学生工作的年轻教师担任专职学生党建工作。
二是发挥兼职党建队伍的作用。首先要建立党员教师联系班级制度，通过任课教师对学生进行思想政治教育。其次，我们可以选聘具有丰富的党务工作经验且理论水平较高的离退休干部担任组织员，严把学生党员发展质量关。

2、针对新形势不断创新工作方法
针对计算机及其网络技术的发展，为学生党建工作提供了新的手段和途径，我们应抓住学生关注网络信息的心理，充分发挥网络无时间和空间的限制的优势，将党建工作延伸到网上，改变传统党建工作的局限性、相对封闭性的不足。我们党务工作者应认真学台去开展工作，比如要建立学生党支部的网页，组织网上党校授课，将组织生活和学习讨论会放到网上进行，随时了解党员或者非党员的思想动态。总之，学会用青年人能接受的方式来宣传马列主义意识形态，使网络为学生党建服务。
通过预备党员培训学习，我进一步的系统学习了党的基本知识与理论，更明确了入党目的，树立了正确的入党动机。今后，我会更深入地学习党的理论知识，在日常的学习、工作、生活中以党员的标准来要求自己，体现党员的先进性，发挥党员的先锋模范作用，争取早日成为一名优秀的共产党员。
