County continuation rec要求，造成相互干扰。尤其在交通量大，人车混行严重，各种道路使用者之间的冲突严重，交通事故的发生机率就会增大。交叉口已经成为城市道路网络中交通安全的瓶颈，对整个城市交通的安全水平有着十分重要的影响。因此，深入调查交叉口交通影响因素，分析研究有效的交叉口渠化方法，对于快速找出交叉口事故频发的症结所在，改善交叉口运营效率，减少交叉口交通事故，缓解交叉口拥堵，提高交叉口通行能力，均具有十分重要的意义。

通过对交通问题进行调查、现状分析和问题诊断，从交通组织、交通管理与控制、交通设计等方面提出解决区域拥挤的交通改善方案，并对提出的不同方案利用综合评价方法进行综合评价。即对路段的道路性质及道路状况，交叉口几何尺寸、渠化方案及各交叉口之间的距离，路段上动车交通量流量、流向图，机动车交通延误情况及现有交通管理、控制的措施与指标。从而对路段机动车交通量调查与流量特征，非机动车过街交通量调查与流量特征，路段机动车交通的延误调查，路段处行人过街速度调查，路段车速调查，拥堵区周边设施调查，拥堵区两侧建筑类型调查等方面深入分析，最终得出此路段交通发展存在问题症结所在，提出治理方案并作出评价，并根据国内外一些城市解决交通问题的经验和教训，结合邯郸市道路交通现状，解决当前突出问题和长远规划相结合，采取综合措施，加大解决问题的工作力度。从而优化研究路段，使道路通行达到最优。
