关于继续开展“爱心妈妈〞关爱留守儿童
结对帮扶活动的通知
大冶市、阳新县、各城区妇联、市直机关妇工委：
自2022年在全市开展“爱心妈妈〞关爱留守儿童结对帮扶活动以来，得到了社会各界的广泛关注和热情参与，特别是各级妇联组织积极宣传、广泛发动、精心组织，结对帮扶活动取得了十分显著的社会效果，“爱心妈妈〞关爱留守儿童活动已成为妇联系统关爱活动的一项重要品牌。为扩大关爱活动的覆盖面和社会影响力，市妇联决定在全市继续开展“爱心妈妈〞关爱留守儿童结对帮扶活动。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、指导思想
认真贯彻落实?中共中央关于加强和改良未成年人思想道德建设的假设干意见?文件精神，发挥妇联组织广泛联系群众的优势，依托“爱心妈妈〞结对帮扶活动，为农村留守儿童解决实际困难，促进农村留守儿童健康成长，促进社会和谐稳定，促进农村经济社会持续协调开展。
二、主要目标
通过市及各县〔市〕城区集中开展“爱心妈妈〞结对留守儿童活动，进一步扩大“爱心妈妈〞结对活动成果，建立一支稳定、高效的“爱心妈妈〞队伍，推动关爱留守儿童结对帮扶活动标准化和制度化管理，并形成长期有效的工作机制。
