5、加强对各长输线、泵站及油库等要害生产部位生产参数的监控及巡查工作，确保系统运行正常；同时相关单位要强化工作的落实，确保居民的生活用气及供暖正常。
6、运输单位强化司机的平安教育和灾害天气应急措施的落实，保障行车平安。
7、大风期间，各单位要及时接受环境预报站发布的气象信息，密切注意天气变化，将平安措施落实到实处。
8、相关信息的传递工作要及时到位。生产管理部总调度室值班 ：8552346、8552646、8556180。
