up guy
A "stand up guy" is a man who is responsible, loyal, honest, trustworthy, etc.--someone who has good character.

例:But he seems to be a stand up guy and loyalty, with him, seems to be less a virtue than obsession.
2. tiptoe around
(1). To act very cautiously about something

例:Yet to this day they tend to tiptoe around Muslims as a distinct market segment.
(2).To avoid speaking about a painful or controversial issue

have a feeling of romantic love for someone, especially someone you do not know well.
