（三）开展关爱家园环保志愿服务活动。结合党支部“双联”活动，组织广大团员和青年志愿者深入本支部联系的街道社区开展卫生大扫除、清洗乱涂乱画和“小广告”、清理卫生死角、清除白色垃圾等活动，帮助整治脏乱差，实现洁、齐、美，努力将辖区营造成居民温馨的家园。进一步宣传低碳理念、节能减排，进一步增强环保意识和节约意识，为优化全区发展环境做出贡献。
四、活动要求
（一）高度重视、加强领导。各支部要高度重视，结合本单位工作实际，把开展主题志愿服务活动作为全面落实区“调、惠、上”活动要求，努力构建和谐新密的具体行动，逐步形成学雷锋活动的常态化、机制化，推动志愿服务事业的深入发展。
（二）求实创新、注重实效。各支部要围绕中心工作，结合活动主题，贴近社会需求，开展志愿服务活动。既要有丰富的形式和热烈的氛围，更要有具体的内容和实际效果，确保活动见成效、受欢迎。
（三）挖掘典型、加强宣传。各支部要积极挖掘本单位开展的特色活动及感人事迹，加强舆论宣传，努力营造弘扬雷锋精神、参与志愿服务、共建和谐新密的良好氛围。
