〔1〕参与勘察合同、设计合同、委托招标合同、委托监理合同、建设工程施工合同、材料设备买卖合同、建筑装修装饰施工合同等施工阶段所涉及合同的审查及修改，并制定适合甲方的标准化合同。
〔2〕参与同上述合同相关合作意向人的谈判，考察、审查合作意向人的资质、资格。
〔3〕审查、修改招投标文件，参与招投标过程。
〔4〕为甲方处理与承包方、分包方、材料设备供给方、实际施工人、劳务方的法律关系提供建议。
〔5〕施工合同履行过程中，对各环节涉及的设计变更通知、往来信函、指令、通知或会议纪要等文件进行法律风险审查，提出法律优化建议。
〔6〕针对A设计变更与工程施工的准确衔接、B隐蔽工程、中间工程的验收、C总包方与分包方的配合施工等施工环节中的易发责任风险，设计出合法并具操作性的证据保存方式及程序。
〔7〕对工程签证和索赔事宜的处理及风险防范提供法律支持。
〔8〕甲方的施工本钱测算与控制提供法律意见。

〔9〕为甲方竣工验收、竣工结算、工程交付、工程资料整理相关工作提供法律效劳，完善相关制度。
〔10〕针对施工工期、质量、工程款支付、竣工验收结算、工程维修等主要环节涉及的法律问题，及时与甲方相关部门进行沟通，提出建议。
〔11〕处理其他涉及施工的问题和纠纷。
2、前期手续报建。
〔1〕向甲方提供涉及前期报建手续的国家法律法规及政策信息支持，并对本地政策特点及法律法规执行情况予以说明和提示；
