摘要
在大体积混凝土结构中,温度应力和温度控制具有重要的意义。特别对于碾压
混凝土拱坝来说,温度应力问题显得尤为突出。由于拱坝坝体应力状态的复杂性和碾
压混凝土材料的不均匀性,坝体在温度应力作用下开裂时,很难确定究竟哪个断面首
先开裂,所以选择了设置诱导缝来控制坝体的开裂。在进行碾压混凝土拱坝的温度应
力场仿真分析中必须正确考虑诱导缝的影响,才能得到正确的结论。
碾压混凝土拱坝是分层浇筑的,这给大坝三维温度场和徐变应力场全过程仿真计
算带来了巨大的计算工作量。为了降低仿真计算的规模,本文采用了“三维有限元
浮动网格法”,在保证计算精度的前提下大大减小了工作量。
诱导缝只是部分地削弱了横截面,坝体实际上并未完全断开,坝体横截面仍保留
了一部分甚至大部分抗拉强度。本文根据诱导缝的这一特点,在已有的研究成果上,
提出了诱导缝在碾压混凝土拱坝温度应力场仿真分析中的模拟方法,编制了含诱导缝
的碾压混凝土拱坝温度应力场三维有限元仿真计算程序。该程序能够反映在不同位置
设置诱导缝对坝体施工期、运行期温度应力场的影响。
本文根据某工程碾压混凝土拱坝施工过程和材料热力学试验参数,计算了设置
诱导缝和不设诱导缝两种情况下该拱坝的施工期、运行期温度应力场。经过对比分
析,得出了诱导缝对碾压混凝土拱坝施工期、运行期温度应力场的影响结果,符合
诱导缝对拱坝坝体温度应力场的影响规律。

Abstract
Thermal stress and temperature control is crucial in mass concrete structure.
Especially in RCC arch dam, the question of thermal stress is particularly
outstanding. Because of plexity of stress state in arch dam body and
the disparity of pacted concrete material, while the dam body is
fracturing under thermal stress function, it is hard to confirm which section
fractures at first, so has chosen set up induced crack to control the cracks
of dam body. Considering the influence of induced crack correctly when carrying
on the simulation analysis of the thermal stress field of RCC arch dam, could
get the correct conclusion.
Owing to multi-lift characteristics of RCC arch dam, great efforts of
calculative work should be taken puting 3-D temperature and stress
fields of the dams. In order to reduce the calculation scale of the simulation,
“3-D Finite Element Relocating Mesh Method” is adopted, the precision can
be assured and the amount of the calculation is reduced.
