1 公司设定
飞达电子公司是一家制造企业，作为温州市柳市镇——电器之都的一个小型厂商，主要销售低压电器。该厂始创于2010年5月，主要批发各种电子产品。产品覆盖高低压电器、输配电设备、仪器仪表、工业自动化、建筑电器、光伏电池及组件系统和汽车电器等产业，产品种类较多，规模较小，是典型的家族制企业。本企业有以下特点：生产多样化、分销网络密集、严格的质量管理、规模较小。
飞达电子公司的规模和组织架构
飞达电子公司位于浙江省乐清市柳市镇工业区。注册资本280万，有员工450人，其中管理人员100人。公司的组织架构如图1-1所示。本企业拥有基本生产车间一个，生产各种低压电器；辅助车间一个，机修车间为基本生产车间及管理部门提供修理服务。电器产品的生产通过基本生产车间的生产线完成。作为典型的家族制企业，企业的管理工作较集中也较简单。生产工艺图如图1-2。
