Abstract: This paper first analyzes the importance of accounts receivable of SMES from accelerating capital flows and preventimg Small and medium-sized enterprises business risk. then, points problems of accounts receivables management of SMES from the internal control, credit policy formulation daily management of accounts receivable accounts receivable risk the five areas，the legal system etc. Finally，proposes to strengthen the Small and medium-sized enterprises receivables management ‘s recommendations about improving internal controls，developing a reasonable credit policy，strengthening the routine management and risk analysis ,etc.
