中华医学会影像技术学分会组成以常委委员为主的编辑委员会，同时吸纳了具有不同专业特长的专家。
编辑委员会充分意识到这一工作的重要性，在编写《临床技术操作规范――放射医学检查技术分册》过程中，力求贯彻中华医学会的指导精神，强调其权威性、全国性、指令性和时限性。力争以责任感、使命感和谨严的科学态度贯彻始终。
《临床技术操作规范――放射医学检查技术分册》共分为七章，函盖了常规放射、CT、MRI、DSA等技术操作规范。由于这是第一部国家级的放射医学技术操作规范，在编写中我们充分考虑了规范具有的谨严性和科学性，力求概念清晰、内容简洁、程序明确。同时，我们也考虑到了地区的差异性，希望能达到统一认识、统一规范，以提高医疗水平和服务水平。
但是，医学影像技术学的发展日新月异，设备不断更新，《临床技术操作规范――放射医学检查技术分册》难以同步。且各地区医学影像设备和医疗水平参差不齐，可以想象短时间内求得全国规范的统一可能会有一定困难的。
