摘要
工程管理专业是工程技术与管理交叉的复合性学科,通过学****管理学和土木工程技术的基本知识,从而培养出能够在工程建设领域从事项目决策和全过程管理的复合型高级管理人才。而工程量清单和招标控制价的编制是从事工程管理方面工作的基础。
本次设计的工程项目为万宁中学新校区(高中部)学生宿舍,建设单位为万宁中学,建设地点为万宁市。本工程为6层钢筋混凝土框架结构,。,设计地震分组为第一组,设计基本抗震设防烈度为6°,本工程属于乙类建筑,框架抗震等级为三级,基础为条形基础,㎡,㎡,。/㎡,地面粗糙度为B类,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类,建筑场地地基无液化土层分布。建筑结构安全等级为二级,结构的设计使用年限为五十年,砌体机构施工质量等级为B级。
本工程的工程量的计算是手工算量,目的熟悉有关工程量计算的规则,通过博奥软件的计算与市场信息价的结合从而得出本工程的招标控制价。
