statistical significance in white blood cell count，neutrophil count，lymphocyte count，monocyte count，eosnophil
count，basophil count，C-reactive protein（CRP），procalcitonin（PCT），D-dimer（DD），fibrinogen
（Fib），creatine kinase（CK），hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase（HBDH） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate
（ESR） between the 2 groups（P>）. Conclusions The clinical manifestations of SARS-CoV-2 infection are
atypical，and all these determination indicators can not be used in identify SARS-CoV-2 infection in early stage.
