摘要:针对传统棉织物漂白工艺中能耗高、纤维损伤大等问题,比较研究了二种低温氧漂剂SQA和LTB-01在漂白过程中温度、低温氧漂剂浓度、H2O2浓度、Na2CO3的浓度对织物性能的影响。采用单因素试验方法确定了两类低温氧漂剂漂白优化工艺为:80℃×60min,,, H2O2 (30%) 11g/L,Na2CO3 。该工艺在保证棉织物白度的前提下,降低了能耗,纤维的损伤降低。

Abstract:With concerns of high energy consumption, fiber damage and other issues in the traditional hydrogen peroxide bleaching process of cotton fabric, two low temperature oxygen bleaching activators (SQA and LTB-01) were adopted for bleaching cotton fabrics at low temperature.
