摘要:在塑料小拱棚下进行了叶子花扦插繁殖试验,研究不同类型插穗和不同扦插基质以及不同生根粉(NAA)浓度对叶子花扦插繁殖成活率的影响。试验结果表明:木质化粗枝条比半木质化枝条和嫩枝条成活率高,不同浓度的NAA处理中以750mg/kg效果最好,%;3种不同扦插基质中,以山砂︰腐质土按8︰2混匀的混合土为基质的成活率最高。扦插繁殖的最佳组合是采用已木质化粗枝条作插穗,经750mg/kg浓度NAA处理在山砂︰腐质土按8︰2混匀的混合土基质上扦插。

The Experiment on cutting propagation of
Bougainvillea spectabilis willd

Abstract:Experiment were conducted to study the effects of cutting types, media and NAA contents on survival rate of cutting of Bougainvillea spectabilis willd. The experimental results showed that the survival rate of lignified big cutting was higher than semi-lignified cutting and tender cutting; the NAA content of 750 mg/kg had the best effect among the concentrations tested, survival rate was %; 3 different matrixes, matrix posed of mountain sand muck with 8︰2 with the best cutting results. It was concluded that the optmum conditions for cutting propagation of Bougainvillea spectabilis willd were using lignified big cuttings, trenting the cuttings with NAA of 750 mg/kg , and taking mountain sand muck with 8︰2 as the medium.

叶子花(Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd),别名三角梅、九重葛、三叶梅、毛宝巾、三角花、叶子梅、纸花、南美紫茉莉等。是紫茉莉科宝巾
