个人问题台帐汇报
根据会昌县委党的群众路线教育实践领导办公室查摆活动的统一部署，按照查摆问题工作的通知精神，我对照重点查摆几个方面的问题，经认真梳理，在集中教育活动中，结合本人的工作实际，对照检查、认真查摆自己在纪律作风等方面存在的问题，我主要在以下方面有所不足，需加以改进和提高。
一、存在的问题
1、理论学****不够深入。对党的重要思想系统化学****不够，缺乏对科学体系和精神实质的把握。在学****内容上，对有关工作方面的政策、法律、法规学****比较认真，对政治理论的学****重视程度不够，不能够深刻理解和领会社会主义法治理念的实质内涵，对于利用社会主义法治理念全面指导自己的工作和学****的重要性还缺乏充分的认识。
2、工作作风不够扎实。本人虽然对工作已有了较为全面的了解，但对知识的掌握不够全面，尤其是对一些其它部门专业知识的了解有所欠缺。在个别问题的研究上不够深入，在工作中遇到繁琐、复杂的事情时，缺乏一种刻苦钻研的精神。
3、缺乏主动超前意识。在工作中缺少主动意识，经常是单纯地落实任务，不能做到想领导之未想，超前思考、提前预测、及时准备；谋领导之所谋，深入调研，提供资料、当好参谋。工作的全局性、前瞻性、创新性不够，与工作要求有一定差距。在思维方式上，有时****惯于凭经验考虑问题，过于依赖既有资料，缺少创新意识。
