1. 目的
此可靠性测试检验规范的目的是尽可能地挖掘由设计,制造或元器件所引发的电子部分潜在性问题,在正式生产之前寻找改善方法并解决上述问题点,为正式生产在产品质量上做必要的保证。
2. 范围
本规范仅适用于XXX公司手机电气特性测试。
3. 定义
UUT (Unit Under Test) 被测试手机
EVT (Engineering Verification/validate Test) 工程验证测试
DVT (Design Verification Test) 设计验证测试
PVT (Product Verification Test) 生产验证测试

《成品检验规范》 XXX公司作业指导书

总的样品需求为12台。
6. 测试项目及要求
初始化测试
外观功能检验
在实验前都首先需要进行初始化测试,以保证UUT没有存在功能上的不良。如果碰到外观上的不良则需要先记录然后开始试验。在实验后也要进行初始化测试,检验经过实验是否造成不良。具体测试请参见《成品检验规范》。

内部结构检验
Purpose
This is to check if there isn’t any problem in the phone structure.
Description
Guideline for internal inspection of DUT after the test.
Procedure
Remove the , caps and shield and check following items:
Operability
Torque for screw
Wiring and its soldering
Soldering of parts and clearance with neighbor parts
Smoothness of moving-parts
Application of adhesive
Invasion of foreign substances
Pass/Fail Criteria:
Apart from the general pass/fail criteria the following results constitute a failure:
Any damage including , shield, caps, PWB and battery
Any wrong assembly
Any change of performance
