摘要
矿用输送机由于输送量大,结构简单,维护方便,成本低,通用性强等优点,而被广泛地应用在各种矿山开采的场合,进行装车、装船、转载或堆积各种常温状态的松散密度为800kg/,根据工艺要求可布置成水平或倾斜的形式,矿用输送机除了可满足水平或倾斜输送要求外,还可采用带凸弧段、、带速、槽角和倾角,也取决于大块物料出现的频率。
本次设计的矿用输送机输送带上堆积角ρ=20°,带速: v=;倾斜系数:k=1,最大运送量400t/h。

Abstract
The frequency of delivery, in addition to coal mining because of mine conveyor conveying capacity, simple structure, maintenance convenience, low cost, general strong advantages, and is widely used in various occasions, loading, shipment, reproduced or accumulate temperature loose density is 800kg. By single or multiple units of synthetic transportation system to transport coal, according to process requirements can be arranged into a horizontal or inclined form, mine conveyer can meet the horizontal or inclined conveying requirements, but also can be used with a convex arc concave arcs and straight line bination form. Conveyor permits delivery of materials depending on the bandwidth, speed, groove angle and inclination, depending on the bulk material.
The design of mine conveyor conveyor with stacking angle rho = 20 degrees, the belt speed: v=; tilt factor: k = 1, the largest shipments of 400t / h.
