      赵峰局长最后在讲话指出，维护消费者权益是关注民生、改善民生，提振消费信心、拉动内需的举措，也是落实科学发展观，化解矛盾、创建和谐社会的必然要求，希望各级消费维权工作人员务必以更高的标准、更加扎实细致的工作把12315“五进”规范化建设抓紧抓好，抓出成效。针对做好12315消费维权服务工作谈了四点意见：一是高度重视，狠抓落实。要加强组织领导，明确责任分工，查找工作不足，提升工作水平。二是加强指导，措施得力。要加强日常检查指导，定期组织业务培训，提高维权站工作人员宣传消费知识和处理纠纷矛盾的能力水平。三是加大支持，严格标准。各经营单位要勇于担负起社会责任，在关系到群众切身利益和企业声誉形象上，要舍得投入，尽最大努力为12315服务站提供好的工作场所、硬件设施和必要工作经费，为本站联络员履行职责有效开展消费维权工作创造必要条件。四是自觉履职，优质服务。要求联络员认真履职尽责，热心为消费者答疑解惑、分忧解难，积极为工商部门在监管服务上多提建议、多出点子，当好助手，充分发挥好消费者和工商部门、消协之间起到桥梁和纽带的作用。
