实****方式、内容及意义：从20xx年x月x日至20xx年x月x日实****时间x个月在实****过程中，分别在药房销售部、门诊部、中药部进行实****实****的过程就是我成长的过程。 随着我国医药事业的日臻完善和人们对自身健康状况要求的不断提高，中药材更是发挥着重要的作用，社会对中药材人员高度重视和严格要求，我们作为未来社会的中药材专业人员，为了顺应社会的要求，提高自身的素质，培养自身的操作能力，根据学校的要求，我选择了“平安行药房”进行为期一年的实****br/> 实****目的:在这次实****期间我希望能够熟悉医院药房常用的药物，了解药房内部操作，配药程序，贵重药品、***品和精神药品的管理，还有一些医院管理等。实****期间是我们这些即将跨出学校的学生学以致用的最佳时期，希望能通过实****学到一些书本上学不到的知识，积累实践经验。

平安行药房是由一家民营药店发展起来的大型药品零售连锁企业，经营范围包括化学原料药、化学药制剂、抗生素、生化药品、生物制品、中成药、中药饮片、医疗器械、参茸保健、计生用品、医用保健图书等，经营的规格品种多达8800余种。 主要部门有药房销售部、门诊部、中药部、仓储部、后勤部等。
