全县各医疗机构。
三、考核方式
考核组将采取先听取单位主要领导汇报，再进行实地查看，查阅资料和询问等方式进行开展。
四、加强组织领导
为确保我县医院管理综合考核活动的组织领导，县卫生局成立了全县医院管理综合量化考核活动领导小组，成员如下：
组 长：吴 鹏（县卫生局局长）
副组长：吉训忠（县卫生局副局长）、容 泉（县卫生局副局长）、周运忠（县卫生局副局长）、陈庆芳（县卫生局副局长）
成 员：罗宗壮（县卫生局主任科员）、邢孔忠（县卫生监督所所长）、李百良（县疾病预防控制中心主任）、林 琴（县妇幼保健院院长）、吴 伟（县卫生局办公室主任）、吉家岛（县卫生监督所副所长）、关义芳（县卫生监督所监督员）。
考核组分内区和沿海地区两个考核小组，分别督查内区和沿海地区医疗卫生机构的考核工作。考核小组人员将从有关单位抽调。
五、重点考核内容
医疗质量是医院的立院之本，是医院管理的核心，关系群众的身心健康和生命安全，关系医疗机构的声誉和影响，关系卫生系统的公众形象。结合实施“三好一满意”活动、医院管理年活动和创建“平安医院”活动，以查促建、纠建并举。活动的目标是全面掌握各医疗卫生机构现状和查找客观存在制约医院发展症结，分析研究矛盾问题，提高医疗质量，促进医疗安全，改善医疗服务，优化医疗环境，和谐医患关系，满足人民群众对医疗服务的需求。
