世界*围内每年企业破产案频繁发生，许多大型企业陷入财务困境，这对企业乃至整个国家的社会经济开展都造成了巨大的冲击。究其原因有许多方面，但其一个重要原因就是企业时刻面临着财务风险的威胁。在当今复杂的经济市场环境下，企业的财务活动具有不确定性，企业财务风险是不可防止的。如果处理不善，就会遭受经济损失，甚至引发财务危机，导致企业陷入困境。
随着市场竞争的日趋剧烈，现代企业的财务风险管理与控制的作用逐渐凸显出其重要性。但是，我国现代企业的开展历程毕竟还很短，国内的财务风险管理与控制的研究还比较落后。随着市场经济的不断开展和全球经济一体化进程的加快，现代企业竞争也逐渐加剧，企业财务风险也随其上升，继而其制约着企业的经营和开展。
本文从正确认识财务风险入手，对其内涵、特点和类型等进展了阐述，明确了财务风险的真正含义；其次，对产生财务风险的原因进展了深入的分析和研究，总结出了财务风险产生的各种原因。针对其产生的原因对其管理和控制做了进一步研究。
