（1）我县能够开展母婴保健技术服务的机构有3个，在县卫生局和妇幼保健院监督下依法取得《母婴保健技术服务执业许可证》，每一位从业人员取得相应的《母婴保健技术考核合格证书》方可上岗。
（2）我院每半年对每个乡镇卫生院进行一次业务指导和质量控制，对存在问题进行书面通知整改，并留存质量控制档案。对提供助产技术服务的基层医疗保健机构主要制度及技术规范健全、畅通产科急救绿色通道、等问题进行指导。
（3）每年举行两期全县乡级妇幼保健工作人员培训班，由乡级妇幼保健人员培训按月例会，培训村级妇幼保健人员。培训班有签到，考试，档案齐全。
（4）建立全县统一健全的孕产期保健、住院分娩、妇女病筛查、儿童保健、 孕产妇死亡、儿童死亡和出生缺陷原始登记。制定了出生医学证明管理制度。建立妇幼卫生信息报告与质量控制及信息安全制度。建立妇幼卫生信息收集、上报、审核、分析、反馈及质量控制工作机制，运行顺畅。每年定期实施妇幼卫生信息漏报调查。
（5）我县各医疗保健机构严格执行《母乳代用品销售管理办法》、爱婴医院实施《爱婴医院管理监督指南》，将《世界卫生组织促进母乳喂养成功十条标准》、《国际母乳代用品销售守则》、《本院母乳喂养规定》张贴在每一个病房的显著位置，达到了爱婴医院要求。
