6、主动接受医院感染知识培训，做到每人每年不少于6学时。
（五）重点部门的护理质量
各重点部门根据2011版的“三级甲等医院评审标准”制定相应的具体目标。
（六）培训学习
1、开展护理核心制度培训，护理人员知晓率100％。
2、新护士岗前培训率100％。

3、一年内选派护理管理者外出参加省级或国家级培训，培训率≥20％，护士及以上人员继教参与率100％。
4、“三基”考核人人达标。
5、护理人员年考核合格率≥95％。
6、开展急救仪器培训，培训率100％。
（七）教学科研
1、指定具有护师以上职称、专科以上学历、热爱教学工作的护士负责临床教学工作。
2、临床教学科室应当认真制定2012年护理临床教学工作计划并有效实施，同时做好教学备课笔记。护士长重视临床教学工作，定期检查带教老师的教学情况，做好出科理论及操作考试并及时、如实书写实习鉴定。
3、积极引导和鼓励临床护士通过开展护理科技创新项目、护理用具的革新或改革促进临床护理工作的发展，力争2012年开展科研项目（三新项目）2—4项。护理人员要积极撰写论文，争取发表CN论文20篇，各科护理单元全年至少发表CN论文1篇。
