PHC管桩在高桩码头引桥工程中的应用
摘要:高桩码头引桥工程一般位于河漫滩上,具备干地施工条件,引桥桩基常采用钻孔灌注桩,这种桩型施工时间较长、施工质量控制难度大、环保性能不好。本文结合工程实例介绍了PHC管桩在高桩码头引桥工程中的应用,简要介绍了PHC管桩的施工方法和注意要点。根据实例比较了PHC管桩和钻孔灌注桩这两种桩型的施工功效。PHC管桩具有造价低、环保性能好、施工速度快,工期短的优点,运用到高桩码头引桥工程中能带来良好的经济效益和环境效益。
关键词:PHC管桩;引桥工程;施工应用;高桩码头;钻孔灌注桩。Abstract: The bridge approach with high-pile wharfs is usually usedin flood plains and can be constructed in dry lands. Drill-grouting pile are adopted in the bridge approach, which is charactered in its long construction time, difficulty in quality controll and poor utility of environment protection. This paper introduces the application of PHCpipe-pile in the bridge approach with high-pile wharfs with a real engineering project, and the key points in constructions. pare efficiency of PHC pipe-pile and Drill-grouting pile in our project. PHC pipe-pile have advantages of low construction cost, good utility of envrionment protection and lower construction time. Application of PHC pipe-pile in the bridge approach with high-pile wharfs can bring on both economic and envrionment benefit.

引言
高桩码头的平台与后方陆岸一般采用引桥连接,且引桥一般位于河漫滩上,为满足防洪度汛的要求,引桥大多采用高桩梁板结构。高桩码头引桥一般具备干地施工条件,在工程建设中引桥桩基常采用钻孔灌注桩。这种桩基施工设备简单,施工噪声较小,对岸坡稳定影响小,因此,多年来一直为众多港口工程施工设计所采用。但在某
