我院2013年新聘人员岗前培训简报
2013年7月17日—7月22日，在我院门诊部八楼学术厅，院人事科组织院领导及相关职能科室对2013年23名新聘人员开展了为期一周的岗前培训。温尔刚院长、倪扬副院长、张泽远副院长、周豫峰副院长、张红梅副院长、院办公室主任胡敏、人事科科长唐江玲等出席了培训会议。
温尔刚院长首先欢迎新聘人员加入我院医疗团队，他说，医疗事业需要医务工作者注重长期学****不断累积经验、还要有一颗仁爱之心，只有有爱才有付出，有爱才不会倦怠，有爱才有热情。并鼓励新聘人员努力学****勤奋工作，积极进取，为医院的发展共同奋斗。随后周豫锋副院长总的概述了新津县的地理位置、历史沿革、自然环境、自然资源、交通通讯等；详细介绍了我院的发展史，我院目前的基本情况、科室设置、硬件设施等及我院的医院文化，如我院院徽的设计含义，院训的由来及含义等，鼓励新聘人员积极参与医院组织的文化活动，丰富业余生活。倪扬副院长专题讲述如何做一名合格的医务工作者，要求新聘人员培养高尚的医德医风，积极提高医疗技术水平，树立全心全意为病人服务的理念；同时注重与时俱进，不断更新医学知识，善于创新，敢于创新，为我院病人提供更好的医疗服务。
