Research on the agglomeration development of logistics industry in Sichuan Province

[摘要] 近年来,我国物流产业在经济快速发展的带动下发展壮大,物流产业集聚作为降低物流成本、提升物流效率的有效手段逐渐在各地推广,文章以四川省为研究对象,选取区位熵系数作为集聚度评价指标,对四川省内各市(州)物流产业集聚现状进行分析,指出四川省在物流产业集聚发展过程中存在的主要问题并提出相应的改善建议。
Abstract:In recent years, China's logistics industry cluster, driven by rapid economic development, the logistics industry as an effective means to reduce logistics costs and enhance logistics efficiency is gradually used throughout 0ur contry, in the article Sichuan Province as the research object, select the location entropy coefficient as the degree of agglomeration evaluation of the current situation in Sichuan Province in the cities logistics industry gathering,the paper points out the main problems in Sichuan Province in the logistics industry cluster development existing in the process and put forward suggestions for improvement.

0引言
经过近二十年的长足发展,我国物流业在量和质方面得到了飞跃式提升,其在国民经济快速、健康发展过程中的先导性和支撑性作用已显露无遗。正因为如此,政府持续推动物流产业的深入发展,2009年国务院颁布实施了《物流业调整和振兴规划》,针对我国物流产业发展中的突出问题,明确了推动物流产业发展的主要任务和重点工程,进一步强化了九大物流产业集聚区的发展。2014年国务院出台《物流业发展中长期规划(2014-2020年)》,对物流产业发展的各个方面作了非常明确和务实的规划,要求物流产业的发展要适应产业发展规律和趋势,运用供应链管理思维,与制造业、电子商务业等其他产业融合互动发
