企业存货管理存在的问题及对策
摘要
存货是为了满足企业正常生产和销售需要而持有的流动性资产,是能够给企业带来经济利益流入的重要经济资源。目前存货作为公司的一项占有很大比例的资产,直接关系到企业的资金占用水平以及资产运作效率。
本文通过对存货管理进行分析和研究,旨在加强企业存货管理,保证企业存货资金安全,保持资金持续的良性循环,提高存货周转率,降低资金使用成本和库存贬值损失风险,提高存货资金的使用效率和效益,实现资金在该环节增值,使企业在市场中获得竞争优势,谋求进一步的发展。本文通过分析企业存货管理的现状与存在的问题,并深入分析导致其问题的一些原因,然后从整体上提出加强企业存货管理的对策。

Problems and Countermeasures of enterprise inventory management
Abstract
Inventory is to meet the normal production and marketing needs of pany's liquidity assets, is able to bring economic benefits to the enterprise economic benefits of the important economic resources. At present, as pany's inventory of a large proportion of assets, directly related to the level of capital occupation of the enterprise and the operational efficiency of assets. Through carries on the analysis and the research to the inventory management to strengthen enterprise inventory management, ensure the pany stock funds, funds continued to maintain a virtuous circle, improve inventory turnover rate, reduce inventory cost and the use of capital depreciation risk of loss, improve efficiency in the use stock funds and efficiency, to achieve capital appreciation in the link, to enable enterprises to gain petitive advantage in the market, and seek further development. In this paper, through the analysis of enterprise inventory management status and existing problems, and in-depth analysis of the causes of its problems, and then put forward to strengthen enterprise inventory management countermeasures.

前言
随着现代企业管理制度的日趋完善,存货管理成为现代企业管理的重要组成部分。其是企业建立完善管理制度的重要保障,并且对企业经营中库存以及企业资金的循环流动都重要。
存货属于流动资产的一种,因此企业的顺利经营需要保持一定的存货量,存货量不足会影响企业的运行,存货过多又会给企业带来很高的存货成本,所以需要加强企业的存货管理,将企业存货控制在一个合理的范围之内。企业存货管理不仅对企业管理制度的建立非常重要,还可以促进企业资金的流动,降低企业存货成本,提高企业的经营效率,对企业的盈利能力和长期发展能力具有深远意义。
