notresponsibleforanysubsequentchangestotheWebsiteafterthis
documentpublishesintheFederalRegister).TheWebsiteincludesa
shortinteractivequestionnairetohelpyouascertainwhetheranannual
requiredtopayanannualestablishmentregistrationfee,youmustpay
paymenthasbeenprocessed,youwillbeissuedapaymentconfirmation
number(PCN).Youwillnotbeabletoregisteryourestablishmentif
annualestablishmentregistrationfeeisnotlegallyregisteredinFY
2012untilithascompletedthestepsintheparagraphsthatfollowto
registerandpayanyapplicablefee.((f)(2).)
 Companiesthatdonotmanufactureanyproductotherthanalicensed
biologicarerequiredtoregisterintheBloodEstablishment
Registration(BER)'sCenterforBiologicsEvaluationand
Research(CBER)willsendestablishmentregistrationfeeinvoices
annuallytothesecompanies.
