摘要:以云南省玉溪市红塔区北城唐家营某村民家的一块20余年施用化肥农药的农耕地为研究对象,采用的方法是:制作环保酵素,设计4组不同浓度梯度及1个空白梯度的土壤,每个浓度梯度设置3个平行组,不同浓度梯度浇入的环保酵素量相同但浓度配比不同。在不同浓度梯度和不同时间周期条件下,研究环保酵素对土壤中全磷和有效磷含量的变化影响。研究显示:环保酵素对土壤中的全磷含量变化影响微弱,改良效果变化不明显,但也具有最适宜的改良浓度和周期,而对土壤中有效磷含量变化影响比较大,改良效果变化较明显。故环保酵素对土壤中有效磷的改良效果比较好,同样具有最适宜的改良浓度和周期。

Abstract:A long chemical fertilizers pesticides strawberry planting soil as the research object that in yunnan yuxi hongta district north of the city, the method is: make environmental protection enzymes, design four groups of different concentration gradient and a blank gradient of the soil, each concentration gradient set parallel to the three groups, Poured into different concentration gradient of the same environmental protection enzyme quantity but different concentration ratio. Under the condition of different concentration gradient and different time periods, research on the total phosphorus in the soil environmental protection enzymes and effective phosphorus content changes. Studies have shown that: Environmental protection enzyme weak effects on total phosphorus content in the soil,does not change significantly improved, but also has the most appropriate to improve concentration and cycle, and to change the content of soil effective phosphorus effect is larger, modified effect change is obvious. Therefore, environmental protection enzymes for the improvement of soil effective phosphorus effect is better, also has the most appropriate to improve concentration and cycle.
