国家医师资格考试评估试点工作的实践
与思考

【摘要】国家医师资格考试工作已历经 7年,积累了丰富经验。为了进一步提高考务管理水
平,国家医学考试中心制订了考区和考点评估指标体系并对辽宁等 5省进行了试评估。结果表明,
评估工作对加强考务管理具有积极意义。评估中也发现,考官培训、考生资格审定、临床考试基地
建设等是做好考务工作的关键,需要很好地进行研究;同时,还要积极完善和落实考务管理制度,加
强基地的标准化建设,建立高质量的考试题库,努力使我国的医师资格考试逐步与国际接轨。

【Abstract】The national licensed doctor qualified exam ination has developed for seven years. In or
der to imp rove exam ination management level, the national medical exam ination center has laid down as
sessment target system of exam ination areas and units based on demonstration and research repeatedly, and
assessed L iaoning and other four p rovinces experimentally. The results suggested it is a meaningful assess
ment to strengthen exam ination management. The key of exam ination management lied in exam ination of
ficer training, exam ination and app roval of exam inee qualification, and construction of clinical exam ination
base et al. W e should carry out exam ination management system and perfect it, strengthen normal
