摘要
MCM 具有高密度集成、多层布线、高频性能优异等优点,是目前实现电子系
统小/微型化的重要手段,广泛应用于雷达、通信、电子战、仪器设备等军/民用领
域。MCM 之所以受到各经济发达国家高度重视并争先恐后千方百计加速发展,主
要在于它有一系列优点,既提高了密度,又缩短了芯片的互连间距,可使芯片之
间互连度大大缩短,是电磁场与微波技术领域的主流和前沿课题,具有极高的理
论研究和工程应用价值。
本文采用基于耦合系数矩阵的滤波器设计方法,计算出了所设计滤波器的耦
合系数矩阵,然后结合电磁仿真软件 HFSS 设计了四腔带通滤波器、开路端耦合滤
波器、发卡线滤波器、四腔开环滤波器、缺陷地结构滤波器、容性加载滤波器六
种 MCM 滤波器结构,分析了滤波器优化的一般规律。本文所设计的滤波器所用
材料为 RO4350B,所用工艺为 MCM-L。MCM 滤波器的尺寸有所缩小。四腔带通
滤波器通带内达到了 S11< -10dB,发卡线滤波器通带内达到了 S11<-15dB,开路端
滤波器通带内达到了 S11<-20dB,四腔开环滤波器通带内达到了 S11<-15dB。

ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT
MCM has high density integration, multilayer wiring, the advantages of high
frequency performance. MCM is the important means to the miniaturization of
electronic systems. MCM is widely used in radar, communication, electronic warfare,
equipment and other military/civilian areas. Developed countries put a high value on
MCM because MCM has a lot of advantages, for example MCM raises density and
shortens interconnection space. MCM is a mainstream in the field of ic
field and microwave technology and frontier, and of great value in theoretical research
and engineering application.
Aiming at the big size of microstrip filter, this thesis adopts the filter design method
that is based on coupling matrix. The thesis calculates coupling matrix. bining
with the ic simulation software HFSS, the thesis designs six kinds of
MCM filter structure, and analyzes the general rule of filter optimization. . In this thesis,
the designed filter materials is RO4350B and the process is MCM - L. The size of
MCM filter decreases. The S11 of four cavities filter is less than -10 dB。The S11 of
hairline filter is less than -15 dB。 The S11 of open-end filter is less than -20dB。The
S11 of four cavities open loop filter is less than -15dB。
