慢性盆腔炎中药灌肠保留时间影响因素分析

摘要:目的分析慢性盆腔炎中药灌肠保留时间的影响因素,以为临床针对性护理提供依据。方法对 148 例中药保留灌肠的慢性
盆腔炎患者,收集其每次灌肠后保留时间、灌肠时体位、是否休息等资料进行统计分析。结果患者 3 个疗程保留时间各不相同;
不同年龄、病程,灌肠前是否排便、灌肠后是否休息与保留时间显著相关(均 P < 0. 01) 。结论随着疗程延长,患者灌肠的保留时
间延长;年龄 50 岁以上、病程 24 个月以上、灌肠前未排便、灌肠后未充分休息者保留时间较短。护理人员应采取针对性护理措
施,加强上述人群的健康教育及灌肠前后的护理,以提高治疗效果。

Abstract : Objective To analyze factors affecting retention time of medicine among chronic pelvic inflammation patients receiving ene2
ma therapy with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Totally , 148 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation and receiving enema
therapy with traditional Chinese medicine were recruited into the study. Such data as retention duration of enema , patients′body
