摘要
随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用,管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。本系统为财务管理系统,基于安全因素,并针对核算上“操作快捷、功能复杂”的特点,采用C/S结构处理方式。其开发主要包括数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。本系统在WINDOWS XP系统开发平台上,,并采用SQL Server2000作为后台数据库。
财务管理系统可以使公司或企事业的财务工作人员减轻工作压力,比较系统地对财务上的各项服务和信息进行管理. 其中,工资管理子系统的主要功能是进行企业工资的核算和发放,工资动态变动管理等,从而帮助企业的财务主管部门提高工作效率,实现企业工资信息管理的系统化、规范化和自动化。在信息化,全球化的今天,开发一套大众的、兼容性好的系统是很有必要的。

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(SALARY MANAGEMENT)
Abstract
As information technology more and more depth in the management of applications, the implementation of management information system has gradually matured technically. The system for the financial management system, based on safety considerations, and accounting for the "quick operation, the plex" features,the use of C/S structure development includes the establishment and maintenance of the database front-end applications, as well as two aspects of the development. This system in the WINDOWS XP system development platform, the choice of the as the front-end application development tools, and using SQL Server2000 as the background database.
Financial management system can alleviate the pressure of work panies or enterprises for the finance staff. It can manage the services and information on financial systematically. Among them ,the main functions of salary management sub system is to finish the accounting and payment of the wages .In order to improve the efficiency of the financial management and make the salary management of enterprise systematic, standardizatic and the information and globalization, it is necessary to develop a general and patibility system.
