①每一行为依据其展现出的强度(由强到弱)依次为2分、1分、0分;②每一组面试的学生进入下轮面试的比例原则上应不高于该组人数的40%,;
例如:财务类F01题的面试评估记录表中有14个行为考察点,若某学生总分低于11分(14×=),则建议淘汰;若高于22分(14

③在评价中,若某学生所有行为得分总分低于该面试题所列明的建议考察行为总数的80%,则建议将该学生淘汰;④技术类和财务类学生若在团队活动过程中过于沉默,面试官可予以提问引导
