使用不当,不仅伤害身体,还达不到流产的目的。
实际上,药物流产作为一种人工流产,目前的成功率只有90%左右。换句话说,约有10%的妇女在使用药物流产后,因流产失败或出血过多、时间过长而仍旧需要接受刮宫术。药物流产的过程,也非某些宣传中的那么简单,从服药到流产,一般需要3~4天。期间会有一定的不良反应,恶心、腹痛,少数妇女还会有痉挛性腹痛,对健康也会有一定影响。
“药流”易造成的身体伤害
1、引起感染妇女服用抗孕药物后,子宫腔内的胚囊组织可在当天排出,有时妊娠组织物排出不全,子宫膜复旧欠佳,***出血时间较长,可持续2~3周,甚至1~2个月。长期慢性失血可引起贫血,使身体抵抗力下降。这时,细菌往往由***逆行,而引起子宫内膜炎症。
2、不完全流产有的妇女用药后因不完全流产,影响子宫收缩及子宫内膜创面的修复,使***流血量明显增多,超过平时月经量的2~3倍,严重者还可出现大出血,导致贫血、休克,此时需输血并紧急手术刮宫止血等。

3、影响以后的正常妊娠未婚妇女如反复妊娠、反复流产,可造成子宫内膜反复受损。由于子宫内膜有损伤,一旦她们需要正常妊娠,易发生前置胎盘,可引起产前大出血,也有些妇女由于多次人工流产而出现****惯性流产。
4、月经失调抗孕药物可以抑制卵巢的功能,影响卵泡的生长发育甚至排卵。个别妇女药物流产后,可发生月经失调,表现为月经周期缩短或延长,月经量增多。

5、超声检查显示宫内妊娠,胎囊平均直径小于20毫米;
6、孕妇没有心、肝、肾、生殖、内分泌系统疾病,无烟酒嗜好。
不适合“药流”的6种情况
1、孕期超过49天;
2、胎囊较大;
3、孕妇年龄大且怀孕次数多;
4、半年内有过人工流产史或剖宫产史;
5、处于产后哺乳期;
6、子宫畸形或合并子宫肌瘤。
“药流”后出血不止怎么办
据妇产科医生介绍,进行药物流产的仅限于怀孕49天内的妇女,此时子宫内有两种妊娠组织,一种是胎囊,将来胎儿在这里长出;另一种是蜕膜。药物流产的目的就是阻止胎囊在宫腔中继续生长发育,并通过子宫收缩将其排出体外。药物流产过程中如果见到胎囊排出,就可以认为堕胎基本完成。但是,由于附着在子宫内壁上的蜕膜还没有完全随胎囊排出,因此子宫的收缩受到影响,出血不会马上停止。一般地,药物流产胎囊排出后的出血天数平均为

18天,引起出血时间长的原因可能是蜕膜剥脱不完全,影响子宫收缩止血;或是胎囊排出不完整,导致不全流产;少数病人为药物流产术后感染,出现子宫内膜炎症所引起。
如果在胎囊排出两周以后出血仍未停止,需要进行尿妊娩化验及B超检查,诊断为不全流产者就应该做清宫术。如果出血不止因蜕膜剥脱不全所致,但就诊时出血不多,可以通过服药或注射催产素促进子宫收缩,以排出剩余的蜕膜组织。

能从根本上解决问题。只有当子宫腔内的胚胎组织基本排净,子宫收缩良好时,出血才会停止。值得注意的是,药物流产的妇女有时会突然出现出血明显增多,可能是月经量的几倍,并伴有大血块,这是因为胚胎组织剥脱、排出不畅造成的,此时需要立即去医院就诊,采取清宫术止血。
由于药物流产出血时间较长,宫颈口松驰,会给细菌的滋生及逆行感染提供机会。因此,如果***出血超过7天,应服用抗生素3~5天预防感染。
药物流产后的***出血有时也会时断时续,患者不要因为***没有出血就认为可以游泳,进行***,这是不对的。无论是药物流产还是手术流产,游泳、***都应该在来过一次月经后再进行。否则,都有可能导致盆腔炎症的发生。
