弹性需求下多方式交通网络中地铁线路规划问题研究

摘要:现有路网中是否建设新的地铁线路是一个重要的投资决策问题。本文研究弹性需求下多方式交通网络
中地铁线路的投资决策问题。假定路网中的出行者可选择小汽车方式、步行换地铁方式或小汽车换地铁方式出
行。将交通系统中交通规划管理者和用户的相互作用描述为离散双层规划模型,其中上层模型中交通规划管理
者决定是否新建地铁线路以使得总社会福利最大,下层模型描述网络用户的旅行选择行为,包括出行路径,停车
怀设施和出行方式选择行为。设计了基于分枝定界法的算法求解该模型。最后,以一个算例说明模型和算
法的应用。结果表明,不同的投资方案将明显影响出行者的旅行选择行为和网络性能。
