摘要:研究目的:我国目前缺乏针对自身特点的陆路岸物流中心规划的理论、方法及规划经验的总结。文章
系统分析了影响我国北部地区陆路口岸物流中心规划建设的重要因素,通过分析满洲里铁路国际物流中心
规划的案例,总结经验,指导物流园区规划。
研究结论:不同轨距换装为我国主要陆路口岸物流的最大特色。目前我国北部地区陆路口岸基础设施建
设滞后,功能存在不足,尚未形成具有岸特色的产业基础。在进行满洲里物流中心规划时,重点分析了与既
有物流设施的合理分工、与相关规划的衔接、并兼顾地形自然条件、处理好不同轨距系统疏解等难题。在满洲
里国际物流中心规划建设中,成功的做法是合理规划园区铁路准宽轨系统、“量身打造”个性化汽车供应链、
建设综合大宗物资的战略装车基地。
