动车转向架构架强度分析*

摘要: 以 CRH3 动车转向架为研究对象,针对动车转向架构架的结构特点和受力特性,建立 CRH3 动车转向架构架
的实体模型,根据 TB /T 2368-2005《动力转向架构架强度试验方法》规范确定了构架的载荷工况,并将实体模
型导入有限元分析软件 ANSYS 中对构架进行强度分析。分析结果表明: 构架各部位的最大应力值均小于材
料的许用应力,构架满足静强度和疲劳强度设计要求。

The strength and modal analysis on otive bogie frame

Abstract: Taking CRH3 bogie frame of otive as research object ,aiming at the the characteristic and mechanical per-
formance of bogie frame ,a solid model of CRH3 bogie frame is established . According to the standard TB /T 2368-2005 Mo-
tive power bogie frame structure strength tests,the load condition is defined ,and the strength of the solid model is analyzed
which diverted into the finite element analysis software ANSYS. The analysis results show that the maximum stress value of the
selected node is less than the permissible stress,so the structure design requirement can meet the static strength and fatigue
strength requirement.
