摘要
球扁钢作为造船用的主要型钢,随着国内造船业的发展需求不断增长,同时对质量的要求也越来越高。目前国内球扁钢生产工艺相对比较落后:成材率低,表面质量不高。优化船用型钢生产工艺一直是中国各型钢生产
企业的首要任务。
本文通过对常熟市龙腾特种钢有限公司的球扁钢轧制生产线进行详细的考察,并对各轧制工艺进行了分析和论证,针对现有生产工艺提出了一系列的优化措施和方案,主要包括以下内容:(1)加热炉的节能优化。根据龙腾特钢现有的生产链,在保证原料钢坯轧制温度的条件下,用蓄热式加热炉代替普通加热炉来降低燃料消耗;(2)高压水除鳞系统的设置优化。通过增加高压水除鳞出水压力和高压水除鳞装置的数量,提高除去表面氧化皮的能力,从而提高球扁钢表面质量;(3)孔型的设计优化。通过对孔型的优化设计,能更有效率的轧制出高质量的球扁钢产品;(4)轧制过程中检验标准的优化。根据国家标准,龙腾特钢通过提高检验标准,从各个工序加强轧制过程中的球扁钢质量管理,从而达到提高球扁钢质量的目的。
通过以上各方面的措施,逐步总结并形成了一套完整的先进轧制工艺,保证球扁钢的质量,提高其在国内球扁钢市场上的竞争地位。
