文档介绍:轮毂坯料自动堆料机设计
[摘要]堆料机是一种专门用于堆存煤堆、矿石、沙石等松散物料的高效机械。国内堆料机的设计已有近四十年的历史。近年来一些大型堆料机的研发,大大提高了国内企业自行设计制造大型设备的能力。
堆料机目前正向着大型化、自动化的方向发展,设备选型更加多样化和环保化,产品配套的国际化,可编程控制器调速系统多元化,通讯网络化,并且随着产品设计和制造质量的提高逐步走向世界。
本次设计的根本任务是把轮毂坯料有序的排列到料架中使其实现自动化。主要是通过两个过程来完成:
(1) 把推料器把轮毂坯料推到升降机上;
(2) 由升降机上的推料器把轮毂坯料推进小车内,并且通过三台控制电机来完成堆料机的自动化。

Automatic Stacker Design of the Wheel Billet
[Abstract]The stacker is a special and efficient machinery for stockpiling coal pile, ore, sand and other loose materials. It is nearly 40 years for designing stacker in our country. In recent years, there is some research and development of stacker which greatly improving the domestic enterprises design their own manufacture equipment.
Stacker is currently working toward the development of large-scale, automated direction, a more diverse selection of equipment and
environmental protection, product support internationalization, diversification of the PLC control and frequency converter speed control work, and as the product improving the quality of design and manufacturing gradually to the world.
The fundamental task of the design billet orderly arrangement of the wheels to the rack and automating. Mainly through two processes:
First: Push the feeder wheels billet to the lift:
Then :Push the feeder wheels billet to the small car through the lift, and plete the automation through the three controlled motor.
