高能量、高强度发射药配方研究

摘要: 从理论和实验两个方面对一种高能量、高强度发射药进行了探讨, 确定了以混合硝酸酯增塑的聚醚聚氨酯
作为发射药网络结构的主体。研究了发射药的基本配方, 并初步测定了燃烧性能、力学性能。结果表明: 聚醚聚氨
酯发射药具有较高的能量(火药力高于 1 251 kJ kg) , 同时具有良好的力学性能, 特别是良好的低温力学性能。
Ξ对该发射药的加工方法进行了初步的摸索, 用挤压成型方式制成了多孔发射药。可以预见, 此类发射药会成为一
类具有应用前景的高能、高强度发射药。

Abstract: T he h igh energy and h igh strength p ropellant has been discussed th rough theo ry and experiments,
and its m ain m eshwo rk has been established as po lyether po itam ine ester w ith m ixed nitric acid ester as p lasticiz
ing agent. T he ponent has been studied. T bustion and dynamo ic p roperties of the p ropellant w ith
typ ponent have been simp ly tested. T he results show that the po lyether po itam ine ester p ropellant has
h igher energy (p ropellant fo rce can be 1251 kJ kg) and better dynam ic p roperty expecially at low temperature.
T he p rocessing m ethod of th is p ropellant has also been studied p rimarily. T he m ulti perfo rated p ropellants have
been p roduced
