摘要:试验选用28日龄断奶仔猪120头,进行为期30天的饲养试验,于试验期末采集试猪血液进行生化指标和免疫指标测定。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在每吨基础日粮中添加紫优素200克。试验结果表明,%(P<),%(P<);试验组仔猪血液中生长激素、胰岛素、胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ、四碘甲腺原氨酸和睾***%(P<)、%(P<)、%(P<)、%(P<)%(P<);%(P<)%(P<),%(P<)。日粮中添加紫优素可有效提高猪只的生长性能和免疫功能。

Research and Application of Ziyue Growth Optimizing
Agent in Piglets Production
Abstract:one hundred twenty piglets were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was fed on the basic ration, while the experiment group were fed on basic ration per ton added with 200 grams Ziyue Growth Optimizing Agent (ZGOA). The results showed that: the average daily gain of the experiment group increased % and the feed/gain
decreased % than the control group. Compared with the control,the content of GH、INS、IGF-Ⅰ、BUN、T4 and T in blood serum of experiment group increased by %(P<)、%(P<)、%(P<)、%(P<)and %(P<)respectively.
