【中文摘要】我国企业实施战略管理的时间并不长,尤其是民营企业实施战略管理的时间更短。如何对企业进行准确的战略定位和把握企业未来发展方向,对民营企业显得更为重要。衡水中铁建集团公司作为一家行业中优秀的民营企业,要想在激烈的市场竞争中生存并保持可持续发展,把企业做强、做大和做优,不断增强企业的核心能力和市场竞争力,就必须对企业的发展战略进行认真研究,制定适合自身的发展战略。论文在对国内外企业战略管理理论认真研究的基础上,通过对衡水中铁建集团公司面临的内、外部环境进行了分析,指出了外部环境中存在的机会和威胁,采用层次分析法和模糊数学综合评价法对衡水中铁建集团公司的核心能力进行了整体评价,找出了企业自身的优势和劣势;在环境分析的基础上,列出了SWOT分析矩阵,并制定了衡水中铁建集团公司的发展战略,进而从组织结构、市场营销、财务管理、人力资源管理等方面提出了战略实施的具体措施,并对战略控制体系建设进行了探讨。论文的创新之处在于构建了衡水中铁建集团公司的核心能力评价指标体系。通过设置合理的指标及指标层次,应用层次分析法确定指标权重,在此基础上,用模糊数学综合评价法对企业核心能力进行了整体评价。论文结论可为衡水中铁建集团公司今...
