摘要:目的探讨培美曲塞联合顺铂对比吉西他滨联合顺铂一线治疗晚期非鳞非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法收集2012年3月~2014年6月我院诊断为晚期非鳞非小细胞肺癌的患者,随机分为两组:50例研究组和50例对照组。研究组接受培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗,对照组接受吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗。结果①研究组和对照组平均化疗周期、临床分期结果比较无差异(P>)。②研究组和对照组化疗治疗有效率分别为36%、22%,结果比较有差异(P<)。③研究组和对照组血小板减少、谷丙转氨酶升高不良反应结果比较有差异(P<)。结论本次研究认为培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗晚期非鳞非小细胞肺癌疗效肯定,安全性好。
