【摘要】目的探讨电子生物疼痛贴与腰俞穴配合治疗肛肠术后疼痛的应用效果。方法 220例肛肠术后疼痛患者, 按住院号单、双号分为对照组和实验组, 各110例。对照组采用常规止痛药进行止痛治疗, 实验组采用电子生物疼痛贴配合腰俞穴进行止痛治疗。观察两组治疗后疼痛评分和接受镇痛治疗后的主观感受。%, 1~%, 3~%, %, 1~%, 3~4分患者占比为0;实验组无疼痛所占比例优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<)。实验组主观感受优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论电子生物疼痛贴配合腰俞穴能明显减轻肛肠术后患者的疼痛, 促进患者舒适, 且操作简单, 安全无不良反应, 值得在临床推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of electronic biological pain paste and lumbar shu point partner treatment in anorectal postoperative pain.
