M&M is always the best starting point
M&M is just to record what you have done
A knowledgeable colleague could repeat your experiment by reading the description

Statistical analysis
To describe how data are analysed
What model is used
. split plot design, repeated measures, linear mixed model, etc.
What software is used, SPSS, SAS or R with appropriate citation
Results section
Convert all your data into tables AND figures in all possible ways
Try all possible correlation with your data
Write 2 or 3 key points under each table and figure, to explain what this table or figure tells you
Results section
No interpretation in Results section
No results should appear for the first time in Discussion (or in Abstract)
Unless you write results and discussion together

If you have a lot of materials that is unrelated to your hypothesis, you should think about writing another paper
Alternatively, you may need to re-think about your paper and present the material under different hypotheses
Remember readers are not interested in your capacity to work

Try to draw an overall picture from your results
