M&M is just to record what you have done
A knowledgeable colleague could repeat your experiment by reading the description

Statistical analysis

. split plot design, repeated measures, linear mixed model, etc.
What software is used, SPSS, SAS or R with appropriate citation

Convert all your data into tables AND figures in all possible ways
